This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through GANGSTA FISHING.
GANGSTA FISHING is operated by HT Serviss SIA, trading as GANGSTA FISHING.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.
Order processing and production usually takes 2–7 business days before the order is shipped. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including:
Latvia
European Union
United Kingdom
United States
Available shipping destinations may change over time. If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above certain order values. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product type, and shipping carrier.
Typical estimated delivery times after production are:
Latvia: 2–7 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
United States: 5–15 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on your country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at gangstafishingworld@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of wrong or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for reshipping costs or replacement costs.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is delayed, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at gangstafishingworld@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where relevant.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and work to make it right.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building reception. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will review the situation.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered production.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at gangstafishingworld@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been submitted for production.
