Head circumference: Wrap a measuring tape around your head, approximately 1 inch / 2.5 cm above your eyebrows and just above your ears.

Keep the tape level around your head and do not pull it too tightly.

The adjustable back strap fits head circumferences of approximately 20.87–24.80 in / 53–63 cm.
